Q: Are your products safe to use?

A: Krazy Essentials products may contain ingredients like byproducts of nuts, coconut, etc., that you may be allergic to. All components are posted on the site unless stated otherwise. If you have an allergy, please consult your physician before use. Please perform a skin test before using each Krazy Essential product. If a rash or irritation occurs, please discontinue use. If your condition worsens, contact your physician. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for any medical expenses due to product(s) use. Krazy Essentials is cruelty-free, and we do not test on animals!

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Due to COVID-19 and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Q: How fast can I get my order?

A: Please review our shipping policy to read more about our shipping process.

Q: How will I know when my order ship?

A: You will receive an email or text message with your tracking number once your package ships.

Q: How can I cancel my order? 

A: If your order has not shipped, I can cancel it and refund you your money. However, if your order has already shipped, you will have to return your items to me upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange those items for something else. The package must be in its original state and unopened or tampered with to receive money back for a refund.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. When will it be available? 

A: Please sign up for the stock alert email on the desired product to receive an email once it's back in stock. 

Q: Do you have bulk pricing? 

A: Yep! Email contact@krazyessentials.com with your name, product(s), turnaround time, and quantity needed for pricing.
