PRODUCT SAFETY

Krazy Essentials products may contain ingredients like byproducts of nuts, coconut, etc. that you may be allergic to. All ingredients are posted on the site, unless stated otherwise. If you have an allergy please consult your physician before use. Please perform a skin test before using each Krazy Essential product. If a rash or irritation occurs, please discontinue use. If your condition worsens, contact your physician. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for any medical expenses due to use of product(s). Krazy Essentials is cruelty free, we do not test on animals!

 DAMAGED PACKAGES

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your damaged product. Include your name, order number, a picture of the damaged goods and your shipping address by emailing contact@krazyessentials.com. We will review your information and process your product replacement within 6 business days, if needed. Replacing damaged items is to our discretion.

If you would prefer a refund instead of a product replacement please be sure to include your name, order name, picture(s) of the damaged goods and your shipping address by emailing contact@krazyessentials.com. 

Shipping fees are not refundable. 

PROCESSING TIME

All Krazy Essentials products are handmade to order. We process orders within 7 business days (does not include weekends or holidays), however, sale events, holidays and vacations can cause delays up to 10 business days. Krazy Essentials will always notify customers when delays may occur.

Please note that PROCESSING is not the same as SHIPPING.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • If your package ships Standard (2-5 days does not include insurance) after processing is complete. Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. If you are purchasing a gift, please provide the gift recipient’s shipping address through PayPal, in the notes section. Since this option does not include insurance we are not responsible for lost/stolen or packages sent to the wrong address. Krazy Essentials will not refund your order if your package is lost/stolen or sent to the wrong address. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for delays of receiving your package once it is in transit with USPS.

  • If your package ships Expedited (1-3 days includes insurance) after processing is complete. Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. If you are purchasing a gift, please provide the gift recipient’s shipping address through PayPal, in the notes section. We cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect address. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for your order getting lost or you not receiving your package. All orders are shipped to the address you provided during the checkout process. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for delays of receiving your package once it is in transit with USPS.

  • FREE SHIPPING: to qualify for Free Domestic Shipping you must spend $50 or more excluding shipping costs and discounts

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All international orders that ship USPS First Class Mail International can take 7-21 days for delivery. All international orders that ship USPS International Priority can take 6-10 days for delivery.  Please make sure the address you provide through PayPal is correct. If you are purchasing a gift, please provide the gift recipient’s shipping address through PayPal, in the notes section. We cannot be responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect address. Make sure you provide all information needed for your country’s customs! Krazy Essentials is not responsible for your order getting lost or you not receiving your package. All orders are shipped to the address you provided through USPS. We will not refund orders that have not been received.

  • Note: Krazy Essentials is not responsible for any packages held at customs, we cannot offer refunds or offer replacements due to this matter. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for any packages that are returned to us by your country, we cannot offer refunds or replacements due to this matter. Please make sure you know your country’s customs standards prior to ordering.
