Refunds are very minimal and will occur if you receive a damaged product and you opted to not receive a replacement.
Refunds are NOT given if:
- You, your friend, mom, dad and/or etc did not like the product(s)
- If your package is held by customs and/or if your package was returned to Krazy Essentials as non-deliverable
- Allergic reactions: please be sure to read all of the ingredients and discontinue use if you feel discomfort or a rash appears. Krazy Essentials is not responsible for any medical expenses due to use of product(s)
- Incorrect shipping address: be sure to triple check your shipping while checking out, if you see that your shipping address is incorrect please notify Krazy Essentials within 24 hours at email@example.com with your order number and correct address. As long as the product have not shipped, we can change the address. If product has been shipped and the address is incorrect, please contact USPS to file a claim to try to receive your funds back.
